Transcription: When I think about interpreting in educational settings, I first of all for myself divide that into K to 12, which we think of as like public school or your basic education, and post-secondary settings. In K to 12 I see a significant difference between younger grades, I would say grade 7, maybe 8 and lower, and grade 8 or 9 up through grade 12. I think that the way I function, the decisions I make, the relationship I have with the students who are deaf is dramatically different between grade 2 and grade 11, for example.
